Keep your head UP. Newbie/FNG is a box you’ve been put in, not a reflection of anything else.
Got a question? The only stupid question is the one not asked. Got advice? Give it. Be careful, arrogance is rampit. Ignore know-it-alls that suggest/assume they are smarter then you. Those that are smarter don't have an axe to grind.
Be yourself, and if that gets you crap from others, it's the nature of the venue. Along the way, you'll get just as much good advice as you'll get thumb-sucking advice. Sort it out, interpret it as you see fit. Welcome.
