Been lurcking since about the begining of the HAMB, but never got around to chiming in. I live in West Virginia and have partly built three cars (body work is something done by gods, I'll ruin a strait pannel in a min.): a 31 "A" coupe un-chopped, with a Chevy V6--ran & drove nice but a slug, '40 Ford sedan, all shiny black, 350/350, air, tilt, cruise and such nice car lots of fun, now I'm driving a '54 F-100 that's a daily driver (good for something) M2 front end, 5.0 HO Ford EFI W/auto. Haven't worked on anything in a few years but ran into a '65 Chevy Suburban 4WD tonight that caught my eye and was wonsering about suspension swaps. A friend recently swapped a disc brake front end, that is spindles, A-arms brakes and all from a old style '80s pick up to his '67 half ton. I'm wondering if this is a bolt on with the '65 frame also? Have my doubts as the '66 trucks & '67 sure don't look the same. Anyone know for sure? Like to get disc brakes at least on the Sub. Thanks
Hey Bob, I can't answer your question but welcome anyway. I love buffalo. Ate it at least once a week when I lived in Denver. Doc.
I've heard it's good. Some guy upstream for us had a "pet" buffalo a few years ago. Big SOB I'll tell you. Had a special fence built to contain this guy, but apparenly it was a little under engineered. The buffalo must of got horney or something, busted through the fence and had his way with the cows next door. Oddly enough cow owner next door got ticked off over this incident. So now this guy has this stuffed buffalo on display.
