I'm frequently asked about the NHRA Factory Experimental Class rules for 1963, a class that began in 1962. I recently found access to a NHRA Rulebook for 1963. Pages enclosed: Hopefully, the print is not too small. Page 6 is included, as it applies to WHEELS and WINDSHIELDS in the Stock and FX Classes.
