Nitro & Oil (separartion)

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Beep, Aug 10, 2009.

  1. We all know that nitro turns oil yellow/white as it dilutes the oil. This happens due to blow-by etc.

If you let the oil sit, say for two weeks, there will be a separation between the two. This we know.

Q: will the nitro settle at the bottom of the pan or rise to the top?

I say it settles at the bottom. Others say no, it rises to the top.
