May already have been posted, but I guess the dry lakes aren't so dry after the rains...no mud-boggin' this weekend, at least none sanctioned!

To be honest, I'd rather miss the lakes than fight the fires!

My old man used to have a great pic of a roadster on the lakes throwing roostertails and towing a water skiier with a helmet on. Wish I'd got that pic. No idea who it was, but he said it was before I was born. [IMG]

Hey RF. posted a note for you last week but I guess you did not see. got a question about your chevy's grill

With all those 53 teeth in there (looking at the pic in Customer Rodder). did you cut the outer teeth down or cut the lower valance to gain clearance. Was looking at adding more but the teeth are to tall.. so whats the common method?

    thanks

    Hey Boones,
I haven't seen RF car so this might now be what you are asking, but I have eleven teeth in the grille of my '53 and all I had to do was use a grinder just a little on the end two teeth. Here's a pic of my grille.

Now if I could just afford the rechroming. [IMG] [IMG]
