Worked on the house all winter, have been sneaking out to the garage when possible. Got so I couldn't stand the look of my lake headers, so off they went, along with the Guide headlamps. Built a full hood, slanted the windshield posts. Plans are for paint on the grille, hood. Then back on the road for summer.

Wow, great looking car...I musta missed it before. Got more pics? Good choice on the the full hood and no "Speedway" style headers.

Funny thing, I bought a pair of meg style hedders at a Texas swap meet for 5.00 in the early 70's and had them on my T. Had guys ask me then why I wanted to run "those old out of style hedders".

You can send the Guides to me. That way you'll have extra space to work. Yeah, that's the ticket!

Looks great. I want to see it on the road. Stop by when you can.

  7. The updates to your roadster look great. The changes took the look of the car about 10 more years into the past....I love it!

Great choice! The car looks so much better without the headers and a full hood. There are too many nice simple cars, that get all cluttered up with big lake style headers. It seems to just ruin the lines of a car like yours.
