  1. Here's all the secrets you will need to know so you don't have to pay us thieves the big bucks. Hell, you probably got all the tools you need right there in you kitchen.Pitiful, you know some people are thinking, well I can do that, I don't even need a paint gun. I especially enjoyed the rust repair.

At least the basics are there ,I only skipped through it ,These videos were made before the new epoxies ,Ill slam the spray primer ,But Recently I had to use an enamel primer on a decklid ,My firebird got a big chip in the lid ,I blame the kids ,Anyway I feathered it and hit it with rel primer ,Lifted the surrounding enamel ,The quarter sixe spot grew .The right way was to strip the whole hood ,But car is outside ,With no decklid ,Anyway I finished it ,With rattlecan primer and painted ,Looks great ,Like I said before At least the basics are there ,After you spend hours fixing a dent or wave ,They make it look easy ....................Revised Cut out all rust ...................A garage car That might be fine .But cut it out ,Rust never slleeps

That looks like it is about the level of body work
I have always had done at commercial shops.

The part I like best about commercial body work
is when they can't find a fastener they just skip it.

Then there's the electrical gremlins after major bodywork.
Like clockwork after my 2007 Sport Trac had a $9000 repair
from a collision the warning lites started - had to cancel 4 warnings
every time I started the vehicle. Run the codes - nothing.

I think the host needs to check for a loose ball joint too. His head had a wobble like an old music video singer.

Sure screws things up when people think this is all they are getting from a (REAL) professional shop.

Kinda like saying all artwork is as easy as paint by number kits in the hobby store............

That's just like Home Makeover. They set unrealistic expectations for the construction industry to live up too.
