No pedals, No linkage, 53 chevy.

  1. Here is the deal i bought a 53 chevy bel-air and what i got was a box of parts. (the cab being the box) Nothing hooked up, body off the frame everything missing. Now Ive got most of it back minus the bumpers and grill. The brake pedals,master cy. and the Clutch pedals /w all the linkage and brackets are in a pile next to the car With me next to that Scratching my head. Can anyone help me as to where this stuff bolts to the frame and how the linkage hooks up.

    master bolts to the x member, the pedals slide in from either side, and have a special lock pin and retaining bolt. then the rest of the pedal (the part that goes through the floor) bolts to those sections. check out thefillingstation.com for pics of the parts you may be missing.
