Greetings from a rural town in Northwest Al! I have had an interest in ALL cars, all shapes & models, since childhood. Having grown up in a mechanical family with emphasis on "how things work" it was just a natural for me to follow this and to pursue automobiles as a hobby. For many years, I have built, maintained, and driven my dirt track race cars, but I am changing from racing stock cars to the traditional hot rods. My wife and I have always been involved with cars through antique cars, tractors and shows. We have been acquainted with hot rodders and their families and see the self-satisfaction and fun that can be acquired through involvment and accomplishment. Have some parts , but seeking advice, and guidance & direction. Would like info on rod shows in Al and on the 2 up-coming shows...Huntsville and Lebonon, Tn.
