If you’re asking us for colour opinions, black doesn’t go out of style, the light green looks neat, but the two tone with Indian logo suits the truck best.
If you’re not asking for colour opinions, - nice looking truck you have there !
(even better if you paint it two tone with the Indian logo).:D

oddly the 37 pickup is burgundy with black fenders
I have to run it blue
I am trying to decide what saturation - -i am thinking sky blue - -quite light

aesteticals !! damn!! I am still trying to learn how to not set myself on fire!!

-its more everything else visually, I think I need to lower down the back of mine some, don't know by how much, the project isn't at my home and I get there and my brain must be going as I keep forgetting what I am supposed to be doing and end up wasting time.........

find the wooden blocks that sit at the rear of the bed and find out how they fit.
were they from the 37 as they may be different?

what size is the bundy tube for the windscreen wipers, is it 8mm
    aluminium tube light weight wall?

    91031045 - R

    need a new right caliper
    thanks
    got a new left
    thanks

  10. I would love to see one of these with the grill sectioned a bit and ****ed back behind the leading edges of the front fenders, I don't know why Ford had them stick out so prominently. That being said, the sea-foam green on black wires would be welcome in my home. It looks just as right as you can get.

Cool truck my man, def some hard graft gone in so far.

Be careful sharing pics of your engine and transmission combo on here though as they don't comply with board rules.

for me its nothing about the engine
    its all about the gearbox
mk1 transit type 2? stick on left of case
mk2 transit type 9 box ?stick on outside of case at the front
mk3 transit -pinto type 9 stick on side mt75 diesel box only with factory adaptor to pinto 4 cylinder petrol
    mk4 transit same as above?
mk5 transit gets its own mt75 4 cylinder ford petrol case finally, but needs to be top loading as the pic as the mk5 transit smiley rwd is still a tight cab van / /pickup = transit van specific, to take the 4 cylinder petrol sierra block evolution -- not the pinto block or zetec, transit runs a 8 valve twin cam sierra engine with coil packs on the front
mk6 transit mt75 4 cylinder petrol front with transit tail - -engine goes to 2300cc case is the same as the sierra mt75 uses the sierra granada tail mount but uses the transit stick position on the tail - -van body shape and size changes in mk6
mk7 transit all change, engine goes mazda duratec 2300cc - -lpg its why its so confusing as the cc stays the same BUT its a completely different engine and gearbox - -i think it have the box with dual starter locations for petrol and derv - -starter bolts flat to the bell house

so you say - -well why dont you go for a mk7 mazda based transit rwd set up...
the answer isfor rhd no good as exhaust is drivers side
2 its an aluminium block and the crankshaft girdle is part of te block = =i.e. cross bolted caps -so the crank line to lower sump oil pan area is deep - -toodeep for cross steering - -zetec is the last iron block ford motor.- - intake driver side rhd = =

    eec-v ford ecu's
start at 1994/5 go to about 2005
you get the eec-v ecu 5.0 v8 302 small block ford motors in explorers up to 1998/9
you its 30 year old s**** now, there is no excuse for having a play, to coin a well known phrase from whats his name?
you can let the smoke out!!
    ecu's are now 25 bucks
get the plug with it!!! buy a new obd-2 port $5
buy the forscan scanner and download the free diagnostic sofware.
connect it all up - -have a play.
    YOU CAN DO IT!!!
or and realistically, you can do it now 'because' all the bits and bobs are DIRT cheap sa they are 30 years old and old stock.
noew oxsygen sensors are now £5 when they used to be $200

pin 90 is reference out 5 volts
you are feeding the m*** air flow 12 volts on pin 4 instead of 5v = incorrect.
don't run a new wire, take a feed from the throttle position sensor 5v from pin 90
91 is 5 volt signals return
these two pins are basically the 5 volt plus and minus. it is signal return but a basic ground for the 5 volt parts of the system.

the ecu will be dated 1995.5 DEFY - the other one !! PATS system is VW GOLF3 platform, the FIRST immobiliser system with external immo box, yours is a ford galaxy - the body is VW SHARAN 1995 - - the pats box is 6 wires in
VW K-line is SCP+ and w-line is SCP- = - thats the data transfer protocol - -it is simply a wave transfering data, above 5v and below 5v - -k-line is high w-line is low
    it is the bus
it looks for modules even this early 1995 - not can bus
it is looking for the immobiliser
the ecu is looking for the immo box, the transponder adn the chip in the key
the ecu sends a signal to the immo box says do you have code ====== immo box looks at key and says yes i have ====== - -lets the engine start
the immobiliser cannot shut the engine off once started
what wire is th eok start to relay to ground fuel pump trigger?

north america doesnt see the VAG golf 3 platform immobiliser in golf3's until 1998 - -by then it has changed from a 6 pin immo box to an 8 pin, even though there is no difference in the wires going in
    2 grounds
    1 12v
    k-line
    w-line
the LED line - -does this want to see a 12v in to work or a go to ground?
    hmm
what is the wire to pin 5 then as the vw van t4 loom doesnt have it?
    sharan does?

let the smoke out of the ecu that you do not have the correct keys and transponder and immo box to!!

find out the edis4 box - does it need all 12 connections
does the plug need the tach wire?
