Back in the 70's there was a bunch of us car guys in the Air Force that had Nomads, there was even a local club called 'Far West Nomads' in central Calif. If anyone is interested, one of my AF buddies has a 55 for sale in high ground Lubbock Texas area. It is in show condition so it's not the 70 era price - we used to find them for $500. .
I was up at Lebanon Valley dragway for the Div. 1 points race and spotted this one. I have seen it quite a few times up there but was able to speak to the owner today. This is a CA car he has owned it 40 yrs. It's a duplicate to the ones my parochial school nuns owned till I talked them into selling it to my friend for use as a tow car for my MG that was in 1962 about.
