  5. Man there were alot of great tech posts,I learned alot this week..I think everyone who posted a tech tip is a winner...I know you have to pick one..I really liked fat ass whitewalls post on making your own whitewalls. It wasn't too techinical where the Average Joe couldnt do it, informative and to the point.

  7. I agree... AWESOME TECH WEEK!!!

    I can't decide between WHIZZERRICK's decal post -OR- MR42's Tuck-N-Roll post.

    Heads it's decals...Tails it's T-n-R.

RYAN... You flip. I don't want the responsibility [IMG]

Im gonna have to go with the S10 frame swap tech. This was well presented, and I think its a very good way to save some old tin and it makes for a safe truck to drive and easy to get replacement parts for.Your average guy with some hard work, common sense,a good welder and some good buds can do this. Also have to say there were many other tech ideals, that were very good, enjoyed all of them, also I think TECH, is a big part of why we are all here, its always good to see how others do things, your never to old or too smart, to steal a good ideal from someone else!

For the tech posts so far, Overspray's Bondo Tech 101. So many great tech posts, too. His was especially in-depth, and answered a lot of different questions or aspects that cropped up in response.

My repost of Tinbender's filling holes tech. Tinbender put a lot of time and detail and I reposted it because it kicked ass.

    also I'd like to see

    gauges on the cheap

    Tuck and roll

    laminated knobs

    the s10 frame swap

there are one or to more I'd like to see make the vote too so I'll have to check my favs and get back to ya. Also I hope that ALL tech posts that make the vote will get put in Tech O'Matic.

  18. Tuck and Roll tech gets my vote. Great post and very informative!

I like 4 of them, in no certain order: "A stripe is born," "S-10 frame swap," "dash knobs," and "tuck and roll." Great Tech Week!

Seeing as how most of us Bondo slingers I'd like to nominate that newbie overspray. His tips and knowledge were bquite beneficial to.
I dug WHIZZERICK's decal post too.
