Not about a hot rod , I had an M35a2 2 1/2 ton military 6x6 , with a propane fired MA Deuce . 50 BMG in the back . Loud as hell ! Fun to use in parades and military services . Truck cost Uncle Sugar 116,000.00 , I purchased at auction for 1175.00 . 6333 miles on the trucker clock . No wonder the government is in deep red poop !

Yeah.,..I was talking about the 8 spark plugs and wires on ''each'' side of the engine....according the the pictured engines, there are 16 spark plugs on the engine in total....4 on the valve covers, and 4 below the valve covers "on each side'';)

I'm OK with calling my Wescott a replica, but if you call it a kit car, we'll have a "situation".

We have a local Sheriff down here that is threatening to pull antique tags off of anything that isn't stock. My car is ***led as a 34' Ford. It looks like a 34' Ford. It is a 34' Ford. It is an antique. But it isn't stock.
And I'll bet your car isn't exactly regulation in many respects either.
Your both the same kind of cop. Just har***ing the locals for no good reason. It's no wonder people take such a dim view of the police.

Har***ing? You don't know what the **** you're talking about. I have never har***ed anyone at any time on my installations. Military Regulations are just that. Regulations. Do you understand what rules and regulations are? Did you read and understand what I said? Reading comprehension begins in the first grade. To tell me that I har***ed anyone is ********. I'll bet that you are one of those ***holes who gets pulled over a lot and then blames everyone else but yourself for your troubles. I don't give a rat's *** what your local L.E. does. Har***ment? Really? It's ***holes like you that L.E. is always on the look out for.

I hope they get you very soon. ***hole! Har***ment....HAHAHAHAAHAH

Sorry for the high jack, OP.

Watching the video with Gunnery Sgt. Hartman brought a smile to my face but in '66 as my drill instructor Corporal Ermey in San Diego this was no laughing matter.
I would guess the scene wasn't even scripted and he did it with ease from the memories of his D.I. duty. At 19 years old he was the baddest *** I'd ever encountered.

If they do get me, it'll be someone like you. I'd probably get shot for questioning your Authority.
Has anyone noticed this cat just keeps ramping up the argument?

Yep, it's in his museum out in Texas. Along with his Amphicar that he enjoyed scaring the **** out of people with, by driving them of into the lake. Gotta admit,I would enjoy that myself.

  25. I'm in the process of getting one of those - I find the "ex" part VERY functional :D

Those "fake", chrome, "traction bars"; you know the ones; they bolt to the leaf springs in front of and behind the axle. If anyone really bought and installed them thinking they were "real" and "functional", I have an unused container of blinker fluid I'd like to sell to them also. My 1956 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery has't been out of the garage in almost 3 years (other projects and all), but, I still keep up the insurance, registration, and license plate tabs. Anyway, I just converted to the Collector Car Plates offered by Washington State; a one time purchase and they're good forever. There are limitations of use however, such as they can't be used for a daily driver. You only get a single plate however, meant for displaying on the rear of the car. Off that auction site we all know and love, I bought a "blank" Washington State plate to put on the front, has NO numbers/letters, and looks just like our normal plates. Mount Rainier in the background, Washington on the top, Evergreen State on the bottom. I imagine someone is going to be asking me about that plate one day. And it'll probably be some cop. I'm going to get the car out soon, but I have to install a new kanoodle valve first. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
