Technical Non mallory points for mallory YC dual pts found

I finally found a parts store that could re-crossreference the points for small block chevy mallorys, they are Standard part number MY200 and i also found they are for sale on summit's website. Also
the 8ba flathead part number is Echlin CS2300, according to some guys on here. Probably in the next week or so i'll see if napa can crossreference the SBC Standard part number to echlin so i can get a second set for the glove box, since this is for my daily

i ***ume the 8ba points you speak of are for the loadomatic distributor. points and rotor for the 144-200 ford six are the same. points for 250" ford six probably work, too.

 

The vacuum advance is also the same..

 

Echlin...CS 2300 for Mallory YL, YD, ZD 2301 for YC, ZC
I think the 2301 may be identical to some '50's Ford one except for having mallory contact strap riveted on where Ford one has a screw for a wire terminal...need to look around some on that to verify.
