I always wonder where are all the cars we used to see the early 2000s,
like the carson topped merc in the above pics or many others....
Those pics have a Ruffrodders feeling to them....:D loved that site!
When runnin an unfinished car was still cool, and nobody called you
    names if you ran primer.
    Keep'em comin!
I have plenty too, collected by the net of course, this 'box is one i always loved,
its not as back as '02 but still disappeared! and this Hudson also never comes up!
m pretty sure its too halloween-esque for many here but i still think it was a great ride.
.........so, where are they now? it sounds like a tv show title:D

  7. Yeah, what a trip....a lot of cars you don't see any more and a lot that have evolved over the years.

George's old '59 still kills me!

Jim i hope you dont mind me addin some pics from the same period.
Actually to be honest i aint sure about the year but they shouldnt
    be newer than '04.
The 1st few should be from the same BP event you posted then i
have found a Blessing and some kool bakersfield shots,
plus some random pics of that time span.
As said above, hope you dont mind.

eveyone better watch out....some people might see this thread and revive some old complaint or whine about that year:p

  20. Does anybody have video of the unauthorized dirt track races that year? Speaking of drama.

How weird is to see one hot rod w/ Webers? 3 at the same show is kinda
of an event i'd guess? They look so right anyway dont they?
    Wonder where these are.
The T coup i've seen at the same year Paso but then never again...
The Hot Rod Bug was pretty kool too, if i recall correct that is one of
the very 1st fenderless bugs, i should have a magazine featuring it from
1999 or 2000 the latest. And to my opinion totally on topic....
