Thanks guys...Norm will be happy that he is loved so much by so many! I don't think even with his "super-large" ego he realizes how many people he has touched and how many friends he actually has. I will keep yall updated as best I can, BUT I must respect his privacy at the same time...I know all of you understand....Just keep praying for Norm...picture below will let us all remember ole Norm when times were better....Joe
Found these videos showing Normie at Spirit Industries about 11 months ago...thought yall would enjoy seeing him in his better days. It's amazing what 11 short months can do to one's health situation...I'm also attaching the famous Norm "rap" he did at the T Bucket Nats a couple years ago...these should bring some good memories of Norm....keep him in your prayers.... maybe with God's help he'll lick this thing!..Joe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0S6t1tIODE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kD89-ll4PEc&feature=relmfu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZ4uHrp71GQ&feature=related And finally Norm doin' a little drinkin' with his buddies in New Jersey http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EuWMzWoHVA&feature=related

Since it's the anniversary of 'the King's' death, it's 'Elvis day' on TCM. Just watched "Girl Happy" with Norm starring as a crazy frat kid on spring break. Any news?

I have been wondering how Norm is. Has anyone spoken with him ? I just heard a couple of days ago that a friend, who had throat cancer, is now cancer free. He underwent Chemo and has some rehab to do to get back all his throat functions, but he is on the road to recovery. I wish the same for Norm and still keep him in my prayers. Don
He was out and about. Norm was at a good friend of mines house the other day looking at some artwork. We had a conv. about it, and thats all I know at this time.
I certainly hope he is cancer free ! However; there are numerous idea's floating around regarding Norm's health.... Lets hope for the best...
Hello, this is Norm's niece, Mary, logging on to post an update on my Uncle Norm. He had me set this up and I've been able to read posts to him but not reply. So, hope this works. He's been living with us since his hospital stay in St. Louis last May. As of Thursday, Sept 13, he is in the hospital from major complications involving his feeding tube and he got a bad infection from something going wrong with the placement of the tube. So he is getting the care he needs to pull through it. Will keep you posted on how he is doing. Also, with his consent, we set up a Facebook page for him so people could keep in touch, post photos and comments. Look for Norm Grabowski. We read them to him and he will reply by us keying it in. He is not technology friendly, LOL He does enjoy hearing from everyone and really misses talking, but especially misses eating. Thank you for your support....
I don't do facebook, so please tell Norm he is in my prayers every night. He is truly a nice man and as funny as they come. I still have a letter that Norm wrote me years ago. I had written him a letter telling him how much of an influence he had on my early years by building a car that kept me glued to the TV every Friday night. To my surprise, a hand written reply showed up from him a little while later, and it was nice to see he had taken his time to do that. My Sons and I got to chat with him at Turkey Run some years ago and found him to be a very humble, nice guy. We are all pulling for Norm, he is so very important to this hobby we have all chosen. Don
