    I can't find the article. I'm thinking it might have been featured in the old Truckin' magazine as we had a subscription to that back in the day. I have a stash of them at the cabin, will check them out next time I go up the hill.
    C&C every time I see your '54 with that beautiful chrome grill it makes me want to get a slant cab. There was a guy in our old club that had a lowered '54, my favorite truck in the club. Lowered, chrome running boards, caddy wire wheels, thin whites, it was perfect then and would be today too. The owner was old school bellflower cruiser kind of guy, 'Nam vet too. Our neighbor ended up buying the pickup, this was '74 or so.
