I actually have pondered it. The problem is that we break ground tomorrow on the Dust Bowl Speed Shop World Headquarters. That should take the rest of this year.

The Fly is in sad shape, everything is out of date and needs to be changed. Tires, seat belts, rear end needs narrowed, I bent 3 valves last time out. I think the troque convertor needs some love. It was builgt in 6 weeks for the first hamb drags on a very limited budget. Someday, it will make a re-entry into the world, but it is very tired.

I feel bad for it....it's moaning, just laying there.
My buddy @NoSurf has been bugging me to come up there. I love the area. It's gorgeous.

My guess is, it will get wildy popular and all of the press will cause the event to grow exponentially and then it will be a huge event and I will miss all the good times early on....that's what usually happens to events I like.

Hey Bob, that roadster was the first opponent of mine at TROG 2018. Had tears in my eyes on that first run. I won that race and I still keep the video on my phone

    That's not a throttle, it's an on/off switch.

Hey @Phil P that was a sprint car motor according to the owner. 4inch bore and stroke. External oil pump and magneto.

The Brady and Mahan crew had a fantastic time at the Northeast Vintage Drags. This was the second year of this event and it is already one of the top vintage races in the country. There were cars from all over eastern part of the country and Canada, can’t wait till next years race. 9CCBE2D0-28CE-4ED7-B188-BD487C36FFF8.jpeg

After Saturday evening flag start racing, The Vista Cruiser played surf music well into the night. A3DED953-8AFB-47CA-9A90-103449A7AF7C.jpeg This band was awesome.
