Event Coverage Northwest Deuce Days 2025

There are several I photographed that are OT here. There's a real wild black Anglia that is beautiful. The black 39 Chevy in one of my photos has unbelievable body and paint. I didn't post the other photo I have of it since it showed the Torq Thrusts too much.

I didn't end up bringing a car but I'm in car heaven anyways. This show is a blast. I came to the show in 2022 also.

Haha I was wondering who was yelling at me. You guys had good seats to enjoy the passing view. Yes my son is enjoying it so far he’s the only kid we have seen In a Hotrod

Thanks for posting the pics guys. Wish we were there already. But my son and I had to work yesterday. So we got both cars polished and ready to go. Catching the 11 from Tsawwassen to Swartz bay this morning. Cant wait to see everyone's cars and enjoy the festivities.

Fun adventure today or into each life a little shit must happen.
Head off to a nearby car wash to get the bugs and road crap off my car.
Get it all cleaned up and it’s lookin nice.
We jump in the car, fire her up….and…boy did I just hear that?
Yup, starter decides it wants to die in Victoria.
Long story short, couple noisy starts later and we find a parts store to pick up a new one.
Dang prices have gone up in the past few years.
Question becomes: do I really want to lay on my back in the parking lot and swap it out or do I try and find a lift?
Best decision of the day, I find a great help/rescue so I can save my aching body for the weekend.
Huge shout out to Lee (LG Speed and Kustom) and his generosity for helping this old fart out. Man do I wish there were more young men like this in the game.

 

And Lee ain’t got no lift. I’m glad he was able to help you out. Snowman ⛄️

 

Lee is a good guy. Was talking to him last night.

 

Great guy. Met him out front of his shop and told him my story and how much I didn’t want to lay on my back in a parking lot. He smiled and basically said he’s not afraid to lay on his back (yet). Ahhh, to be young.
Now to be fair, he did have a jack and some stands, whereas I would have had to use a curb or any blocks I might happen across (borrow).
Just did a little walk and watched another amazing cruise downtown. A hot rod nuts dream (once your car is parked for the day).

Just got back in the to the room a bit ago. Wall to Wall cars cruising the main strip for several hours. Super cool atmosphere.

Saw you driving yesterday, car looks great.

 

Saw a few HAMBer cars but didn't get to talk to the owners. Tonight's street party should be even bigger.

Staying on the harbour for Deuce Days elevates the event significantly.

Poker run out to the farm for the BBQ was lots of fun.
Heard 700 cars made the run.
I ran into my old car, which was nice to see. Boys have spent some serious time polishing it.



People were coming and going by the minute, otherwise not everyone would fit.
