Will resume uploading later on, I'm getting some upload errors so it's a good place to pause.

Thanks for the photos. I was there and have the parking ticket to prove it but had to leave Sunday morning because my wife had to go back to work Monday and that is a long drive to Lethbridge. The main thing for me was to see how reliable my car was. Have no idea why my battery went dead on the way home in Field B.C. We managed to get a boost from a kind man at the gas pumps so now I know I should purchase one of those booster things. Don't take up much space in the trunk and we made it back home. Anyone know why the Troy Trepanier sedan was hiding in the underground parkade all weekend? I think I saw it driving briefly Friday night, then snapped this picture Saturday evening. I didn't see it Sunday and didn't see anyone else's photo of it. Any thoughts?

I see some familiar cars there. Maybe in 3 years I can make the trip up to see the show in person.

As the day rolls on it's harder and harder to get photos. The crowds get... Excessive.

That's it for my coverage. Hope it was entertaining :). I tried to filter out all the OT stuff, sorry if anyone is offended by any I missed. This was about 2/3 of my photos.

My thoughts as a first-timer: the venue was excellent - Victoria is a wonderful city and the people couldn’t have been nicer. We participated in the drive to Butchart Gardens, the Poker Run, the Gala Dinner, and of course the main event on Sunday. It was all very nice, but the organization for the Poker Run (staging, signage, the food and the farm) was wonderful, as was the bunch that organized the parking so early on Sunday morning. I was parked and taking photos at 0430 and there had to be a hundred cars already parked before me. One of the biggest surprises to me was the number of spectators at the event on Sunday - I’ve yet to see an official accounting, but let’s say 10,000 plus.

My wife and I were fortunate to have been at a brunch table adjacent to Al Clark, friends and family for his birthday - fun stuff.

The volunteers that made this event happen are a great bunch - thank you all so much.

Here are some pics from my perspective. I left out many of great cars that have been posted already.

    John

Thanks for sharing, I love seeing everyone's photos to get the different prospective on an event. I've heard from several sources that the parking crew on Sunday morning was very organized and efficient.
Well I will either be up to walking the show in 3 years or will have one of those dreaded old dude scooters to ride around on.

    Your car looks great!

I was there in 2022, the mid-day crowds this time seemed larger. I was guessing it was 15-20K people at mid-day but it was pretty much impossible to estimate. At 12:30 it was hard to move along the waterfront.

The earlier crowds seem to me to be more car people where the later crowds were more tourist type people.

I was the guy talking to you about my 28 AR RPU that I'm building on Sunday afternoon. It was nice visiting with you, your truck is really cool!
