Deuce Days 2025 Victoria entries are open. I just entered. As they used to say "Be there or be square".

I'll have to get mine in then. I went in 2019 and was registered but got knocked out of going in 2022.

I’m registered as well. I have exactly a year now to get my sedan on the road. Suddenly a year doesn’t sound like much time lol

Got my registration done today. Just missed getting my Roadster to the last show. Now it seems to be running well. I’m going to see if I can find some other people who want to drive from Calgary to Victoria

Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to have to take this matter of getting all the bugs sorted out more seriously.

Looks like we're committed to bringing a 32 coupe. Guess we better register!

I'm pretty lucky to live in this city!
Besides Deuce Days, there was a pretty good car show a twenty minute walk from my house last evening, and another one this morning, a fifteen minute drive away!

I was all set to register and my wife pointed out that we will likely be on the other side of the country then. Drats!

I registered a week ago. Attended in '19 and '22, great event, wouldn't miss it. Only 2800 miles round trip plus side excursions.

I attended in 2022, but I flew in. I plan to drive the 1,300 km each way in 2025, but looks like finding reasonably priced accommodations will be the difficulty. My roadster won't be ready for that one, the plan is to drive it in 2028, when it's 100 years old.

I registered last night and got confirmation this morning. Now I need to start putting in some long hours on the 48. 93.00 Canadian is 67.30 In US dollars at today's (7/25/24) exchange rate.
My wife will want to stay in the Hotel that we stayed in up on Government street that is closer to shops and what not that she likes. I ended up getting a room about two blocks from where we stayed before and rooms are getting few and far between in the close to the event down town area.

I envy you guys, $300 for a hotel per night for me is still $300.

It's a few days of nice vacation for my wife, the hotel is two blocks from the area she likes to go to. It wouldn't bother me to stay several miles out where prices are more friendly but this part is for her.

I actually booked one right on the waterfront because our daughter will be 19 months and therefore we'll need a home base that's easy to access. I meant with the exchange rate, you guys pay a lot less for the hotels in your dollars.

    Well, I registered. I don't know how welcome I will be driving a 1962
vintage pickup, but I have a couple grandsons that live in Langford. Accommodation at least isn't a problem for me.

It wasn't exactly cheap in US dollars. Rooms are hard to find now though. I paid a bit more for the one I chose because it is two easy blocks from where my wife likes to poke around on Government street and it has onsite parking included. In 2019 the parking was several blocks from the hotel. Fully secure but quite a ways away. I parked next to a blue 32 Highboy in the garage and I don't think either car moved until Sunday.

Be sure to start a build thread, you got some work to do.
