Not allowed!!

Could someone tell me why "not allowed" is in most of the thread topics and all of the cl***ifieds?? Sometimes I can reply to a post thread but never to the cl***ifieds ...I am using my IPhone.. I that the problem? I got rid of the last PIECE OF **** VIRUS PRONE PC YEARS AGO.

No ONE can respond to a cl***ified ad except the original poster. This has been the rule FOREVER but Ryan made it impossible (except for the OP) to respond to a cl***ified ad because everyone would respond with , "hey your car is ugly" or "hey it's too expensive". If you would take a minute to read the rules and maybe the tutorials that Ryan diligently produced, a lot of your questions would be answered.
