Yeah another FNG from the great white north. I have been lurking on this board for probably 5 or 6 years. Never really had much to say, and was too busy trying to make ends meet while raising two little girls. They are now 21 and 23……Hey back off perverts. Live up here in Calgary AB, winters are long so you would think we could spend most of the time in the garage building. Time seems to slip before your eyes. I used to have a perfectly mint Deuce 5 window before the second kid came around, sold it to a guy so I could buy a sedan. The sedan still has no interior, but has been to the salt 3 times, twice pulling trailers. Once a utility trailer so my daughter could ride her motorcycle on the salt, the second time pulling a teardrop.
The 5W went, believe it or not, to a restorer. He restored a Hot Rod back to stock. Friggin butcher…Ha ha. Yeah that was an awesome all steel car (stock body, fenders, and running boards) $3500.00 took it away in 1988 dollars.
The sedan is in my album with all my other projects, 51 GMC COE, 51 GMC Suburban, 27 T-Modified, and another 29 sedan.
Burb is first on the list. Chassis is stock frame, boxed. Gonna run Artillery wheels, wide whites. Explorer dif, Mustang II upfront, bags all around. Got a leather interior from a Caravan for the inside. Had a 454 but someone wanted it more than I did. Think I am going to take a run at a modern injected motor for this one.
Hopefully I can throw a couple words of wisdom into this cool place called the HAMB, God knows I have learned a ton over the years.

Any chance that you'll come out for the Super Run in Brandon at the end of July?
