Heck, maybe next year Berkley and I will pile in the '47 sedan delivery, one of the '40s or '36 3-window and follow ya'. We made one trip a few years ago to Florida and back in the '47 and after four days we didn't even try to assasinate each other .

Ronnie Boy, I've done '55 Chevy overdrives, so I know a little bit about'em. Call if ya' need some help. I have three of them under my work bench. Don't know if the Mopars use the same unit as a GM.

Again, you boys had a blast. Like Berk says, 30 years from now you'll be laughing your balls off about this trip .

AND .............. yes, I see a pattern developing with Ron when photographed. Here he is a couple of years ago with some other HAMBers in Greenville. Some things never change .

Great thread. It was a lot of fun hooking up with you guys at Reggie's and the Roundup. Finally got to meet Denise too. The nightlife on Congress was wild. Best action was when the guy in the pickup going up the hill saw some buds and decided to gas it and make a cool sliding u-turn but he didn't notice the black and white car right behind him! I think the cop gave him a break though.

Ron, I can aim you to a source for OD parts, if you need them. They supplied the stuff when I rebuilt mine. Your OD is the same one they used in Fords and others, a Borg Warner R10, and they are pretty strong.

So many cool cars, it was hard to pick a favorite, but for me, after a 6,000 mile 2 month run in my old mopar, the coolest besides mine was this one. Mine is the black car, somewhere in Tejas.
