That project Chevy is ´35 Coupe with rumble seat.

About hotrods laws, you have to have 50% original parts in a car to keep the identity of title, that´s the main thing we're trying to change by building an entire car from scratch with no title and with fiber body. Thanks for your interest.

Thanks for your comments, I enjoyed the show alot. It's good to see scene going well...

And we thought the Finns didn't know how to have fun except for the TANGO, that is! Wow, smiling faces and right fine cars, the modern generation has arrived!

    Couple more photos...

    "Sledanette´s" front end...

Kåre Mogemark fron Sweden won People's Choice, Best Classic and Best in Show with his ´58 Buick Limited Conv... Stunning work!

    Would you buy a 20 euros' T-shirt from her? I did... www.overdrive.fi

I'm glad this surf board table was fiberglass, being at a show in U.S. you could never be sure about that haha.

I liked the idea how Tommi brought some information of early lakes racers to the audience, simple clean plaque with text and vintage b/w photo in front of the car. Works brilliant and explains the style eventhough you woudn't know a shit about Bonneville!

This car was stiped at the show as well, "Nordic Pinheads" stay active.

Old 70´s hotrod Mustang was supporting a race from -78 with shaker scoop, chromed five spoke wheels and huge side pipes with nice patina. Pretty cool and untouched

Eventhough I hate seeing four door post cars at show, I like the fact somebody restored one very carefully.

Lots of clubs were present. These guys have had three years´celebration with classic Chevies ´55-´57...

Yep, it was a good show allright.

It was cool to see Janne at work and as mentioned there´s a whole lot of striping going on in this show.

Kartsa´s Sledanette is in my opinion one of the best customs ever.

    Lot´s of bitchin rods.

Attitudor, I saw you too but I was too shy to say hello ;)

Sorry Joni, couldn't remember your H.A.M.B. nick eventhough I knew you're here...

I might know somethin', I was there also...

    Yeah, my personal favourite also. Heres more pics;

If "zman" would see this engine... it makes every nailhead-freak drool!

And more engines from that same show; Notice 60's style tri-Y headers and carburetor scoops
    [IMG]

This Swedish '31 was introduced earlier on this thread, heres the engine... gotta love those 348/409 heads, especially when topped with cast-alloy valve covers.

Here is 350 engine on Tomi's '27 Pontiac. It has Offy intake and Rochester carbs with original tri-power throttle bodies taken from Corvette.

    And more than just engine...

    Sorry about extra-low picture quality...
