So I know many of you kept updated on a past build of mine that I was working on a 23 ford t-bucket
It was your everyday t-bucket build with a few exceptions. I started this whole project when I was fourteen and what I call the reign of the speedway motor t-bucket took hold.(I have nothing against speedway just tired of the cookie cutter tbuckets) So the search began for something different and a couple weeks ago the first piece of the puzzle fell into my lap...

That's right a 270 super red ram hemi out of a 55 dodge...(sorry pic wont upload)
Then today at the fall swap meet at the Minnesota state fair grounds there it was in the back of a ford ranger pickup

Just the piece I was looking for a 1920 dodge c cab body... As the ***le imply so have plans to turn it into a roadster pickup... More to come in the next couple days!!!!

I've never seen a cookie cutter car. Ever. Use your imagination and good luck.

I guess cookie cutter was the wrong word but I think we all know what I mean when I bought my body they weren't as popular as they are now.... I'm just looking for something different witch is something I have been alway trying to achieve with projects. My idols being people like Roth and Grabowski different has always been cool with me...

  10. No offense intended but I think if I were after different and I had a C cab I would build a c cab. Lots of roadster pickups running around damned few C cabs.

that said I like where you are going with this. Hemi powered dodge roadster pickup.

There's a reason I am going to school for engineering the c cab will not be going to waste... That's all I am gonna say about that you will have to stay updated with the build for more

BTW, it will be a 270 Hemi, not a 271.

So a quick update sorry all I have been Mia for the past year but slowly but surely making progress on my car right now I am working on figuring out my brake set up and how exactly I want to mount my pedals and cylinder also picked up and aluminum boat steering wheel that we built an adapter for so I didn't have to cut it apart for my build thinking it should look nice with the aluminum I plan on using for the interior... Decided I'm definitely going to make it a c-cab... Moved the car to my home so will take some pics and hope to get back to making momentum on it shortly more pics to come ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1450754042.569893.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1450754080.978190.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1450754103.813562.jpg

That's a pretty cool steering wheel.
Just a thought, maybe you could hide that adapter inside the steering column bell.
