There was a compant called NOVO that began in the early 1900s that manufactured stationary eengines, They began with one cylinder engines with 2 external fly wheels and later progressed up to a 4 cylinder water cooled engine with an enclosed housing and a radiator not unlike a Model A The company lasted up to WWII and maybe a little after. With out seeing a picture of the radiator I can't possitively identifie it but I can guess that this is what you have found. The 4 cylindre engine was called the NOVO ROLLOR which referred to the roller bearings used on the crank main bearings.

  4. Thanks!

The tag on the top tank read Novo Racing Radiator. I guess I should have read the rest, but I was trying to shake the rats nest out of it to see how good it looked inside and it look new. Then the steel 6x2 sbc intake on the floor with four complete carbs (had 59 on the side of them) caught my attention. There was so much to look at I look like a kid in a candy store going from thing to thing drouling.
