The dude could be the richest in the world and hung like a horse and I still wouldn't go out on a date with him in that.
Another vote for cool. I would love it and would drive it all day as-is. I think some here have been playing with their moms cookie cutters too long.
I really find it amazing that some people actually LIKE that paint! Even when that style was popular, that would have been considered tasteless. Freak drops were the easiest thing in the world to do, it took no skill whatsoever, the real talent was in knowing when and how to use them. That thing is just a polka dot eyesore! Absolutely not an example of the era worth saving.
It would look nice crushed like a pop can.. That **** is ugly! Thats the result of painting without a respirator, makes you do weird **** with paint!!
A big window 56, 394 Olds w/ tripower, chrome grille and bumper, straight and driving for $8k. Add $100 for the black primer, plus an afternoon in the shop, and you have a pretty decent daily truck. Bring a bag for your head for the drive home and don't forget to be sure there's room inside the shop before you leave to get it (wouldn't want anyone to see it in your driveway).
Some of those paint styles are cool as cat ****, not my cup of tea though. On the other hand that one is just confused, crammed and convoluted, ugly.
