There has been civil unrest going on for the last two weeks in Louisville due to a Louisville Police shooting which may have resulted in an increased number of COVID-19 cases. Hopefully this will all be over long before the Nats but may be a good reason to be careful when booking a hotel/motel room.

There is still a COVID-19 field hospital in an area of the Fairgrounds Exhibit Halls. I wonder how that will affect the purchasing and viewing of car parts and using the indoor rest rooms.

I'm with woodiewagon46, its going to be interesting to see how the whole event is going to be policed from a health stand point. I too hope the NSRA knows what it doing.

With all the news, we never know what to believe, we can only try to do what we think is right.

I have come to the conclusion that with all the staying at home, social distancing ( a term that I am sick and tired of hearing) I can almost understand what it would feel like to be under house arrest, the only thing missing is the ankle monitor.

We are discouraged to get to get together with our friends at shows or cruise ins, looking back I just thought 2019 was a bad year, in retrospect it was a heck of a lot better than 2020. HRP

Watched last nights 1100 PM local news where they announce the Kentucky number of COVID-19 cases that have been diagnosed for the day. The June 12 number was 331 new cases. I'm wondering if maybe the NSRA, Louisville Mayor, Governor and whoever else may have been a little too optimistic on holding the Nats on its originally scheduled date August 6-9. Every thing just across the river from Louisville in Indiana has been either postponed or cancelled. I was actually hoping they would postpone the Nats until September or October when the temperature would be much cooler.

This past Thursday here in Florida hit a new record for New coronavirus cases with 1,902 in a single day!
That's more new cases than when this whole thing started back in early March of this year

Our Governor said he will not close down the state a second time so that means everything is left up to each person to decide what in their own best interests and since I am 73 years old and I already have a compromised immune system so I won't be going out for a few more months.
