Can Urethane Clear be shot over powder coat after scuffing with 320 or 400 ? Want to scuff the face, pinstripe and then clear to protect stripe and shine. Am I*****ing in my mess kit ??
If it's a solid color powder coat, a red scotch brite pad works well too. The adhesion to powder coating should be fine if it is scuffed.
