O.K. Now does your car have a name?? and why?

M y wife calls it THE OLD CAR . But i call her bessy she sure can piss me off.

 

My '56 is dubbed "Donnie B." The name sounds very 50's imo and aside from that.. I'm into mob movies of all eras. The name is also a "Brasco" plug . I love that movie.

 

My 65 Impala i call "Ol Whitey "

Cause its white and old.

my friend named mine "the litter box" because a feral cat kept crapping in it when it was just the body under a tarp in my backyard

 

I call mine bessy she is low and slow, but never lets me down.

 

When i first got the ole girl it was nicnamed "The Kustard slice" couse of the two tones of yello and white.
Now its called the Outkast.

 

I call my 29 ford Rusty, because it is.

 

my model a is called the fugitive because it was painted red white and blue with stripes and people at the track called it the fugitive.

 

Goonie Bird - I didn't name it, but its had it for over 50 years. Who am I to change it.

The Hussy... It seems that all my friends had their way with my car before I got her. That's about the only name on any of my cars though.

 

Her name is Lola! I named her that because as the old song says, "Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets".

my 55 is named the JOKER because I am always joking around and my 33 is named Green Onions.....favorite song!!! JOKER JASON.

 

The wifes cutlass....rebuilt 350 3 times, built 455 after the 350 kept comitting suicide, 3 trans, minvan took off front end, deer took out drivers door & quarter, then it was sideswapped by a fellow on wrong side of road.

I know its one wheel short of a roadster but I named my LSR sidecar "Screwball". It got its name when a friend looking at it early in construction declared it "a f****** screwball idea."

My big old Fury is call Marge, as in "Large Marge". It sorta took off on day now people say hey I saw you out with Marge the other day.

 

My 56 Chevy is called Felix, because it is black and white and is from Felix Chevrolet.I haven't named my green 51 moredoor merc,my wife calls it baby merc.My 51 2 door merc is called mercules because it's blue and his a hemi.Just recently I found out it was named Ol' Shasta in an issue of Car craft in 1983 when my car was revisited.

 

When I first got it, it's alias was Rust Queen...but I've always called it Samson, as in Brock Samson from the Venture Brothers. It's a badass cartoon on the Cartoon Network.
