O/T anyone here into Cushmans? Mustangs? Hummers?

1952 -- My best scooter pal, Lee Houghten on his Cushman, me on my 21-cu. in. Mustang, hardass bikers for sure.

My dad had some great big-scooter pals (BSA Goldstars, Vincent Black Shadows, Triumph Thunderbirds) who were responsible for boring and stroking my '50 Mustang far beyond what was smart and prudent. It went like the hammers of hell!

My dad has an Eagle & a Step Through - I've got a pair of Harley Toppers (in pieces - may have enough to build one good one between 'em)...

I also like the Mustangs, but don't like the prices for what it is...

I love the old scooters and was looking to buy an old Vespa or Cushman but man they can get pretty expensive....must be the gas prices!

 

I've got a '58 Lambretta ld 125 totaly blown apart in the garage right now. If I can find 'em, I'll post some before and during pictures. I'm suprised to see how many places sell parts for the old scoots.
