Just trying to help a friend out. He picked these valve covers up at a swap meet.
"I bought these at the swap meet this weekend …. I thought I was getting some vintage muscle car stuff, but I can’t find anything about them anywhere …. I have searched all over .. I can’t find where they were ever even made ….. the numbers don’t come up … and I can’t find a pic of them anywhere …. I have sent a guy a note at Vintage Rod Components …. But not really got any info yet …. They sure don’t look homemade …. "

Anyone have any info I could p*** along to him.......Thanks

Yes.....My friend as well as myself know who Don Yenko was and the cars he put out. If you google Yenko Valve covers, there aren't many that look like these is what I was getting at. Sorry, I should have been more clear.

Not 100% sure but they look like M/T reproductions I've only seen a handful of "real" Yenko's and none had the square corners like your friends. I did a quick image search and found the same thing, all had rounded corners, but like I said not 100% sure try one of the Yenko sites I'm sure there must be more then a few of them

Those are about the closest that I have found myself. Will try the Yenko sites. Thanks.

the picture of the insides shows a welded up hole right where the emblem is. looks like someone welded the Yenko emblem on from the inside.

RATFINK got it. My buddy had contacted a friend of his at Holley. The part number on those valve covers is the standard M/T part number. Someone had milled off the old M/T logo, drilled the hole, and backwelded the YENKO badge.
