I'm trying to find the name and where I can get a certian type of jacket... sorry for my naiveness or whatever. I know most clubs and folks like the ****ie's jackets that are popular, but I really want to know where I can find the type of jacket worn by the pharaohs in American Graffiti. I've looked all over the net and I can't find the name of that type of jacket. Anyone know the name and where I can get 'em?

I can't emember the ones from the movie, but we used "Red Cap" brand, "Eisenhouwer" style.
Basically just the old style shop/ garage jackets.
    Pretty nice jacket, and affordable.

We bought them on line at Red Cap..

    Rat.....

Cool... I'll check back posts to see if she did find that jacket...

Gr8ballsofir, that's pretty close to what I'm looking for. I think the one he had in the movie was a little longer at the bottom and the collar was bigger and a bit different. Clicker... I'll so some searchin'!

We used De Long jackets. You can find 'em at places that do uniforms for sports teams. I know a place that does old time stacked chenile emblem patches in Long Beach. The guys aroung 70 years old and I looked for over 5 years to find someone who does it. It's called Name Your Game in Signal Hill. Not cheap, but the best.

    Good luck
