O/T Does anyone Collect or Restore Vending Machines

    This is more of a garage or shop thing but does anyone restore or collect or just have any old vending machines.
     
  2. I bought one at an auction a couple years ago for two bucks. I think it was worth $10 in scrap, damned heavy SOB.

    I have a 57 Wurlitzer model 2104 that my kids love to play and listen to the 45s.I also have a cavalier coke machine that holds the small bottles and a vendomatic candy machine.My dad picked the stuff up over the years and I just kept them.

    We only have condom vending machines, never go rusty, they are well lubricated...........

    I collect a lot of coin op stuff...and I make my half ass living buying and selling vintage coin-op.

    I collect Coke machines and picnic coolers. I do my own restorations. I'll try to post some pics.

    Check "craigslist"......you can find them pretty cheap for art deco machines......warning they are heavy........also, check vintage cigarette machines.
