O/T: does customer service suck as bad when you're IN the U.S?

Same here. I've been getting the very crypic "your order is being processed" email when I inquire. I sure as hell hope it's being processed! It's already been 2 weeks and my order hasn't even hasn't shipped yet. Now, I know old car parts take longer to get together, but it's all about the communication.
