Hey y'all, So here's what I'm up to... My girlfriend is a performer with a burlesque troupe in Salt Lake City, and they are trying to come up with a whammy of a show. I wanted to see what everybody thought of this idea, before I suggested it to her. Take an annual show, say like Rat Fink Reunion, or Loveless, or Bo Huff's, and incorporate an event in the show, sponsored by the girls, like a Wall of Death performer. Then as part of the car show's "after dark" festivities, have the burlesque show, complete with fire dancers, illusionists, etc. If you had a show like this around, would you go? (Ok, dumb question. ) This is all just a bunch of ideas colliding in the grey matter right now, but I wanted to get a feel for the overall response. I'd hate to suggest it to the girls, have them go through all the work of putting it together, and then it flops. So please let me know what you think. If it was done in my area I would definately check it out. But you got to remember I am also a sailor so if there is beer involved I am game for damn near ANYTHING. Eric
