So my girlfriend has been telling me she got me something but would not tell me what it was. All she said is I would never guess what it is. So of course I waited and waited and had all sorts of thoughts. Well she tells me it was finally done and threw me a coat. Now its a normal Dickies jacket but with one small but bad ass detail. It has my car club logo on it!!!!!!!!! She did this out of the blue. She wants me to have a club jacket to wear when I bring my A to life.
It stands for Pile Of Phuck I was in a car club that catered to Mustangs. Well this guy always talked shit I mean really talked shit. Well his car was the same as mine. Year, color, trans, motor etc etc. Well he walks up to me and says one day your car is a real pile of fuck. I said well thanks what does that say about yours. Well he went on to justify that mine was shit and his was golden. That was it for me I started my own club. Don't care what you drive as long as you got the love for all things internal combustion. I was shocked to see how many people feel the same and are joining up.
That's cool to get something like that,.... My wife ( who hate's old cars) got a call from a friend of mine a couple years ago just before Christmas for a tip on what to get me, under the tree christmas morning was a box for me from her,..... I opened it up and it was a NOS pair of King Bee headlights ! in the original box,...... you could have knocked me over with a feather,........ it's cool when they do that !
It does rock socks when they do that. I am truly blessed when it comes to this girl. She loves Mustangs and Hotrods. She does not like my love for Bronco's but she tolerates it. She has been helping me bring the Model A back to life also. Then she goes off and gets this coat made!!!!!! She is the best.
