People like this do crap like this BECAUSE THEY CAN.

How would this neighbor feel about the sid of your home facing his painted PURPLE, PINK or SHIT green?

Paint it for a few days or weeks, let him sweat it out for a while and then paint it back when you can't stand it any more.... and just do it BECAUSE YOU CAN. :D

Or maybe you need to fry up (burn) some CHITLINS or some tripe outside when the wind is just right... you know why? BECAUSE YOU CAN...

i have tried to be respectful but this has gone on for 5 yrs first it was my dog so i gave him away then it was my shed, then a concrete slab then my fence ,now it is my truck, the city knows this man is a wacko and they do everything they can to make him feel empowered to do more . the lein just seems to have snuck its way thru the system. we have appealed to everyone while this nut job is accusing the mayor of statutory rape of his daughter because she ran away from home and the city knew where she was but after investigating decided she was better off with her grandma then her daD

  3. If it's that bad, move. Or watch a few episodes of "The Shield" and emulate Vic Mackey to solve the problem.

    Zoning is PC for bull-shit!

My Dad and I don't agree on zoning. He's said 'how would you like it if someone put a hog lot next door? My response? 'My place(Grand parents, I grew up there) was at one time a horse/chicken/cattle/hog farm!

The law you are talking about is Eminent Domain. Where if you drive across your neighbors property openly and without permission for some number of years it becomes your right to drive there no mater what. I don't know how that applies to your deal but it's worth a shot.

Eminent Domain is strictly a power of government. What Rich Fox is thinking of is "adverse possession", and the example given is typical - open and permissive use of another's property as if it were your own. Such as a fence put in the wrong place - guy who has property on OTHER side of fence knows it and lets you plant your petunias there (or MJ) for seven years and a day...it's YOUR dirt now, Clyde.

There are hundreds of cases a year of adverse possession in the courtrooms. Know where your property lines are - and enforce those boundaries or lose them.

If a rule/bylaw has knowingly not been enforced, you could argue
that by not enforcing, they were condoning your actions.

My friend was having troubles with his truck and trailer parked at home and he was told to but a bathroom in his trailer, that reclassed the it and then it was acceptable to stay parked there. I think it was considered a rv if i remember it right...(The people that complained wasn't happy though because he could leave it there)

It might work in just the truck too not sure...Do you have room for a bathroom in your truck? LOL

Looking on a car site for legal help is like asking your attorney to help you with a electrical problem on your car

You said your wife works for the city, cant she pull some strings and get this taken care of? I was a Building Inspector for the city and when i had problems i would just look up internal city departments and find out who i needed to talk to, most of the time they were pretty cool cause i worked within the system.
