O/T - Shop Owners... Need positive feedback.

As a final followup to this situation, the guy tried to claim unemployment. When he came in to bring all of his uniforms back and do our final paycheck thing, I had him sign something to the effect that he understood why he was fired.

In Viginia, they do a phone interview with the ex-employee and the employer to see if unemployment benefits are warranted. During the interview he wouldn't admit that he stole things, just that he had taken them, tried to hide the fact, and just hadn't paid for them yet.

As a side bonus, I now have the title to his junk car that's been sitting in back of the shop for 2 years. I can finally get it towed away!
