oakland ca, speeday?

Oakland ca, speedway? Anyone have any pIctures or info on this old dirt track? I grew up right behind where it once stood and never knew it existed until recently. There's a crappy shopping mall there now but it would be cool to see wat it once looked like. Thanks guys

 

There's a historic museum in down town Hayward with plenty of
Exhibit of the speedway. Probably doesnt help you, but just sayin.

 

There was a thread a wile back. I think if you search it shouldn't be hard to find. I'm old enough to remember it being there but my father not being a racing buff I never got to go but we used to drive by at times and I could hear them racing.
