Oakland HAMBers - need some help

Got a line on what is supposedly a good '35/36 Ford pickup box in Oakland area (actually, Martinez/Benicia area I think). Guy swears it's great, but doesn't do computers or pictures...just wanting some visual confirmation it's OK before I commit to it.

If it's in Benicia I can check it out for ya....if it's in Martinez we may be able to get big dirty to check it out since he lives over there. Find out where it is.
