I was reading my recently obtained issue of Hemmings (November 15th, 1959) and noticed an ad from the C.W. Bittmann Sales Co. for, a**** many other parts, Model A hubcaps described as "Hub Caps, 30, 31 chrome Bool....$.90". Don't think he was the manufacturer though.
