i got this along time ago in a old hotrod. never got the horn button. it fits the early for steering box with a woodruff key and tapper, no splines
the white paint is over the original metallic blue. is it for a boat or something else ? would love to find a horn button or center cap for it

I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Some of the early VW bus steering columns used a keyed shaft/ wheel. I'd drop by your local v-dub shop and see if this is the case. The old bus steering boxes are perfect for hot rods.

looks like a boat steering wheel, most boats use 3/4 splineless hole with a keyway.
