What kind of Bias are you looking for??? I have some old Good Year PolyGlas GT's that I could probly shoot a pic of later tonight... They're L60-15's
ummmm square ones? no seriosly, im just looking for a wide tire with a square shoulder, thus bias plys. im trying to get some ideas for a rear tire for a highboy and i cant for the life of me picture a bias ply wider then like 4 or 5 inches. i know anybodys whos any body-not me- is running them on there sleds so i know theyve gota make a fatter tire then you see on 30s cars. tia tim
You can look on the coker website. If you click through the different brands and sizes, they have a pic of each one. It's time consuming I know, but that way you can find a size and see what it looks like. I know they're not cheap, but at least you can look and see what they look like. Here are some I found real quick.
This is a crappy pic, but I've got these redlines from Wallace Wade in Texas. There are F70's. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/image_uploads/230421-tires.jpg
I had some of those "dogbone" pattern Pro-Tracs on my coupe in the 70s..... worked pretty good for the time. As I recall, they were a bias-belted design. Hooked really hard with about 35 psi in them..... As noted above, it does make me feel.... mature...... (I prefer to avoid the "O" word...)
