Technical Oddball Flathead Honeycomb Radiator

Way , way back in the early version of the HAMB some wise old greybeard did a fantastic tech piece on how to make a honeycomb rad.....does anyone remember it or have that article? Can's for the life of me find it or remember who posted it.
He had a jig where he took a pile of short copper tube pieces and made a hex swedge to shape both ends of the tubes and then he soldered them all together.
