Picked up this little 65 2 Door Falcon Wagon this summer, and I've picked up a Fairlane since which will probably force me to sell the wagon It's pretty cool though, I've always dug the 2 door long roof cars.
Here's one I really like...a 1946 Studebaker factory prototype. (The woody's a 4 door but still cool)
Studebaker? Well not exactly, but a good nose swap. Owner/builder p***ed away last winter unfortunately. ****py pic, but all I got.

Built by Skip Newton in Las Vegas NV, Circa 1981 185's on 14x7 reverse spokes, 4" strokes on the front, pump in the back where the spare used to be... Inside riviera tilt wheel and swivel buckets, no back seat, whole floor covered in checkerboard of 12" squares of brown and white ****... Was taken off the road and parted out in mid eighties. I had it for a while but never got it back together. Wonder where it is now? Side note: The top picture is scanned from a snapshot and on the back of that snapshot is the autograph of James Brown which makes it doubly cool. ok, rr
I love 2-door wagons (and sedan deliveries)! I never quite figured out why anyone NEEDS a SW with only 2 doors, but they LOOK great!!....
Gotta love em. Moms first car I remember was a 74 Opel wagon . I inherited it when I turned 15 with a knocking motor.
If I recall the LAST year for the US big 3 auto manufacturers to make the 2 door wagon was 1965, just the Falcon and Chevelle and all were the lower level trim versions. The last big car 2 door wagons I believe were 1961 ... ??? Not sure about Ramblers, they may have made 2 door wagons past 65
I'm guessing this is what you're going for? The one Chevrolet should have built in '58 instead of the fake Nomad.
Never even thought there were this many cool 2 dr wagons, WOW!! I never was much of one for Grocery Getters and that was my thoughts completly on wagons. Then I feller offers me a trade for a 57 2 dr wagon that used to be a drag car. Once I saw it I loved it.... And today wonder why I didn't get one of these sooner. Then a month ago I was surfin on Craigslist and found this old ad for a 55 Sedan Delivery, ad was over a month old so I didn;t even bother with it. Then a couple of days later I see the same ad and photos reposted and price reduced by $2,000. Called the guy up and was over there the next day and brought it home for a ridiculously cheap price, so cheap I was in shock over this one. Great car, Great driver and almost all of the work is already done including a complettly new interior. Today I love these old wagons...
Here's my 57 Ford Del Rio. It sat in a garsge in central Washington State for over 35 years. Stock 4 brl 312. It's great fun and we love it.
I love two door wagons! Could've bought a '55 for $1500 two years ago,but it need a TON of work! It was still tempting though. The body was not too bad,but it was pretty much a shell.
Well, I love that one! I had a buddy about 50 years ago who drove a dead ringer for that car, except his had a Cadillac engine in it.
Now that is cool, the real one not the photo. That has to be one of the best and coolest looking chevy's I have ever seen!!!!!!!!
