That problem can be corrected. Probably not very cost effective, but correctible. Or you could just keep the hood closed and leave the drive train a mystery and drive it.

I can't take credit for the original build. It was built by a guy I know in Nova Scotia, probably almost 40 years ago.
Only thing I see anybody might say was too Roddy would be the wheel design. Lots of cars on here running SBC’s that they didn’t come factory in. I’d say it was a sweet ride!
Nice car. Change the wheels to make it “yours”. The other thing I noticed is the alternator wire looks small, I think it should be like a #10
