I think that one falls into the hen’s teeth category, it’s for the 348 W-motor.

    Hey Folks
I am installing a dual hi-rise setup and came across this discussion about Offy on the Hamb.
I have an Offenhauser Square bore dual hi-rise intake in near-mint condition and I have 2 Edelbrock AVS 650 carbs and was searching if the carbs would be too big on a mild 327.
    Back to the intake.
I picked the intake up on the internet it is a dual carb square bore hi-rise, not the low rise which is part#5253 from 1965 I have never seen a dual hi-rise square bore and that's why I bought this, being a square bore each equal size hole in the intake feeds each runner I thought that would work well, I could not find any information on the intake. The part number on the underside had been milled off kinda strange well 2 weeks later I still have no information on this intake so I called Offenhauser and spoke to a fellow named Vince and when I mentioned this intake, he knew everything about it. Back in the day when the Offy low-rise was produced people installed a 2'' spacer for more performance and that's when Offy sent the 5253 intakes along with a 2'' spacer and cast the new square bore hi-rise which created a small problem you couldn't have a low-rise and a hi-rise intake with the same part #5253 so on the new hi-rise the part# was machined off. Today that hi-rise is now a dual plane, not a square bore, and is good for top-end but not low-end.
Now, would this be a rare intake?
I removed my 3x2 setup and will run the dual setup this summer for a change.

Let's see a photo of it and as far as the carbs go you'll be fine, the carbs don't work like a Holley and that's what confuses a lot of people, they draw on a signal almost like a variable cfm carb.
I've used two 600's on the short offy intake on a very mild 350, one to one linkage and absolutely zero issues, plus averaged 15.3 mpg with 4.11 gears.

Not a q-jet intake for the spread bore.

Do you still have the dual quad Qjet Offy intake, and do you want to sell? New here, and have no idea how else to contact you. =)
