I have an Offenhauser 3605 Starter-Switch over for sale in good shape all the threads are in good shape, two bolt holes on the bottom had hairline cracks from installing to long of a bolt and I had them welded up by a professional welder. The last two pics show the hairline crack and then the repair. They will never be seen once installed. you can grind the weld down if you want, I didnt because I didnt want to hide anything plus it adds more strength.
